It asks the questions a mediator or attorney would ask in a first meeting, in order: who the children are, which custody schedule you are using, how holidays and school breaks are shared, how exchanges work, how the two of you will communicate and make decisions, and what happens when something needs to change. It then writes those answers up as a draft parenting plan in plain clauses, so you have a document rather than a list of notes.
