Digital products and course access are delivered electronically. Because they are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are final except where a refund is required by law or where we agree otherwise. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will put it right.
Course and product licence
When you buy a template, toolkit or course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own family's circumstances. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the materials, and you may not share course access credentials.

All content on this site is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.
