Who we are
Parenting Agreement ("we", "us") operates this website. For any question about this policy or about your personal information, contact us at hello@parentingagreement.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource, and the details you provide when you buy a product or contact us.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Usage information. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring site.
- Information you enter into our free tools. The custody schedule visualizer, calendar generator, holiday planner and plan builder run in your browser. The details you enter are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
How we use it
To deliver the products and resources you request, to send you email you have asked to receive, to respond to enquiries, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site — currently our email provider (MailerLite), our payment processor (PayPal), our hosting provider (Vercel) and Google Analytics — and where we are required to by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site or the free tools.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above and we will respond. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of that email.
Retention
We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and purchase records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
